Synopsis

What can you expect from male-female couples where he is younger and she is significantly older? Des-espera talks about living in contradiction, and of accepting this contradiction as a way to grow.

Des-espera talks about turning on and off, shaking and calming, hurting and healing, waiting and despairing.

About the show

A dance-theater piece designed for unconventional spaces or the street. A creation of Les Impuxibles with Marc Soler from Clara Peya’s latest album, AA (Analogía de la A-mort, 2019. Satelite K ©)

Des-espera talks about living in contradiction and accepting this contradiction as a way to grow. Two opposing performers travel through five musical pieces drawing scenes with the body, the gesture and the word. An intense proposal that shows us fragility and strength through naked, energetic and personal poetry.
